The FCA staff consists of four, and lots of fabulous volunteers. Our Director/Administrator leads the team, sets the course and wears many hats. She directly reports to the Board of Directors. The Assistant Director reports to the Director, wears just as many hats, and is the liaison to the art community. Supplemental Staff keeps the building clean, paints all the banners and knows all the secrets! Graphic design staff manages the website and does our posters, flyers and more.
Board Members are volunteers - and we're always looking for new candidates. The FCA Board of Directors consists of no less than 7 and no more than 10 members.
Duties: Adhere to the Mission of Fremont Center for the Arts, provide fiduciary oversight, establish policies and procedures, organize fundraising, and serve on at least one committee.
Terms: 2 years, and no more than 2 full terms. Our annual meeting is held in February; it is an open meeting, when elections of officers takes place.
